Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging.
- Setting up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
- Operating equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Ensuring equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
- Inspecting equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
- Performing regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
- Providing assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
- Repairing and cleaning the equipment when needed.
- Evaluating equipment performance and recommending improvements.
- Operating trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between warehouse and working area.
- Following safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
