About The Position

Production Operators are tasked with assisting manufacturing processes on high speed lines. This role requires adherence to safety and quality guidelines, moving product and supplies, and following standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements. Operators must be able to rotate through various tasks on the production line, including inserts, packing out, palletizing, and keying. Visual inspections of components and finished goods are essential throughout the manufacturing process. The role demands good hand/eye coordination to maintain a high production rate, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods, and physical agility to meet production standards. Demonstrated ability to work on high-speed production lines is required.

• Requires the ability to read, understand and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; possess the ability to train others as assigned.
• Must be able to rotate to all tasks on production line, such as inserts, packing out, palletizing and keying.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
• Hand/eye coordination to perform at rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
• Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods of time.
• Physical agility to perform at a rate to meet the production standards
• Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines
