Opportunities are available for 12-hour shifts (7 AM-7 PM and 7 PM-7 AM) with a starting pay of $24.47/hr, plus an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for the night crew. Requirements

Ability to read and understand all warning labels, JSA and MSDS.
Ability to be Mobile Equipment Certified.
Ability to work in a team environment.
1 year manufacturing experience.
High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years work experience.
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

Foundry or casting experience is preferred.
Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare, assemble, and install casting materials and equipment.
Operate casting lines to cast aluminum billet (ingot).
Perform visual inspection of cast ingot and scrap.
Charge furnace safely and control the furnace level per standard operating procedures.
Prepare the casting lines and filter boxes following standard or special operating procedures.
Safely monitor and maintain cast lines per standard operating procedure.
Ship acceptable ingot per standard operating procedures.
Record operating data onto check sheets.
Make process adjustments.
Operate forklift when needed.
