Opportunities are available for 12-hour shifts (7 AM-7 PM and 7 PM-7 AM) with a starting pay of $24.47/hr, plus an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for the night crew. Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand all warning labels, JSA and MSDS.
  • Ability to be Mobile Equipment Certified.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years work experience.
  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundry or casting experience is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and install casting materials and equipment.
  • Operate casting lines to cast aluminum billet (ingot).
  • Perform visual inspection of cast ingot and scrap.
  • Charge furnace safely and control the furnace level per standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare the casting lines and filter boxes following standard or special operating procedures.
  • Safely monitor and maintain cast lines per standard operating procedure.
  • Ship acceptable ingot per standard operating procedures.
  • Record operating data onto check sheets.
  • Make process adjustments.
  • Operate forklift when needed.
