About The Position

Kohler Co. is seeking a Machine Cast Operator to join their manufacturing team in the Pottery division at their Kohler, WI location. This role is crucial in the manufacturing of high-quality cast iron products. Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• Consistent attendance and work performance
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate robot demolding machines
• Finish ware
• Perform mold maintenance and TPM tasks
• Wear a respirator when required
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• Perform other tasks as assigned
