They primarily serve government agencies, public safety organizations and large enterprise clients is the healthcare, education and utility sectors. Role Overview As a Production Operations Specialist, you will perform production work in support of assembly and engraving as required to fulfill sales orders. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Some moderate lifting of materials may be required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day production operations at the service center.
  • Physically Receive and Process material delivered to the Service Center.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of materials with accurate quantities reflected in the ERP system.
  • Package and Ship customer orders as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall supply chain operations.
