Experienced Production Operations Specialist (SPAM) 2nd Shift- Millennium Space Systems

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of hands on experience building Propulsion and Mechanical systems
- 1+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
- Willingness to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent written and Verbal Communications
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
- Conducts staffing and cost analyses
- Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
- Represents manufacturing on production related issues
