About The Position

We are seeking a mid-career Control Account Manager to join the Ground Systems and Operations (GS&O) organization to execute programs through strategic management of resources and requirements. This role demands a pioneer with intermediate expertise in EVM, and program execution across multiple contracts including production, sustainment, development, and technological adaptation. The successful candidate will excel at navigating complex, competing program priorities while driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position's internal job is Project Management Specialist. Our team is currently hiring for Level 3-4.

Requirements

Proven experience managing engineering scope, finance , and schedules in aerospace or defense environments
Experience of managing and maintaining Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting
Demonstrates success managing large-scale, multi-contract programs with competing priorities, delivering on time and within budget
Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, internal priorities, and external constraints
Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks to maintain schedule and cost performance
Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Accounting/Economics or related fields
Between 3 to 5 years of experience as either systems engineer/program controls/scheduler
Competent knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A Final U.S. secret clearance Prestart is required OR An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Responsibilities

Executes the integrated planning, and manage the delivery of technical development against the statement of work (SOW) to ensure compliant solutions and products effort across multiple contracts and functional areas
Develops and maintains comprehensive program and project plans, schedules, and performance metrics; conducts detailed trend, variance, and risk analyses to proactively identify and mitigate issues
Drives operational excellence by maintaining program commitments in engineering development processes, mission operations training, and resource allocation to support increased operational rates
Tracks and reports competing program demands, aligning resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure mission success
Provides technical and strategic oversight of program execution, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
