About The Position

The Production Operations Lead (Level 4) will be responsible for leading Production Operations activities across the IAMD LEED program and other initiatives within the NKAD portfolio. This role drives cost, schedule, and quality performance while shaping production strategy for prototyping and development hardware builds. The position involves developing and implementing production strategies and transition plans, supporting capital, capacity, and facility project planning for rapid fielding, and championing design-for-manufacturability, affordability, and producibility across programs. The lead will coordinate with Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management to align strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college
  • Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Production Site or Manufacturing experience
  • Experience with SAP / ERP systems
  • Possess appropriate business acumen to successfully present cases to variety of internal customers
  • Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence, as the position requires cross functional interactions on a daily basis
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
