Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong organization, time management, and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

• Read job tickets to determine raw material needs for production lines
• Deliver and stage materials at the correct machines on time
• Receive, organize, and stock finished product in designated areas
• Rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure proper usage and minimize waste
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and workspaces (5S standards)
• Monitor materials, processes, and equipment for efficiency and quality
• Communicate production issues and support problem-solving efforts
• Follow all safety protocols and immediately address unsafe conditions
• Support quality control standards and internal audit processes
