About The Position

Based in Jonesboro, AR, you will orchestrate how work moves through our plant—turning customer demand and inventory realities into a clear, achievable production plan. Every day brings a new puzzle to solve, and you’ll be the one connecting the pieces across production, procurement, and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in production planning or scheduling; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with scheduling applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communicator and effective collaborator across functions.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer orders and inventory positions into optimized production schedules.
• Partner closely with production, procurement, and logistics to keep plans synchronized and realistic.
• Monitor throughput and capacity; fast-follow with schedule adjustments as demand or constraints change.
• Use data analysis to spot patterns, refine parameters, and elevate scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate changes clearly and promptly to stakeholders and shop-floor teams.
• Build and maintain schedules and reports with dedicated scheduling software and Excel.
• Surface bottlenecks and propose practical, time-bound countermeasures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost flow and productivity.
