About The Position

Crystal D creates products that turn emotions into memories and is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Production Masking Associate for its production team. This full-time, hands-on production role is in the Masking department and involves applying masking film to awards as part of the front-end production process. It suits someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

The position is based indoors in a clean, air-conditioned workspace. The schedule is flexible based on business and customer needs, with occasional extended hours. The starting pay rate is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of assembly or production experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and craftiness.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and grasp.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble products according to Sales Work Orders and production standards.
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality.
• Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed.
• Use lean tools, visual management, and 5S techniques to improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols.
