New hires complete assigned online training before beginning shop-floor work, including a first day of orientation from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and remaining online training from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Employees then complete three weeks of day-shift training under the guidance of the lead masker. After successful training and supervisor assessment, they begin their regularly assigned shift, identified as the weekend shift.
