Requirements
- Concern for safety and quality control
- Good attendance and performance
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Team player
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- At least one year previous manufacturing experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Experience running punch press or brake press preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment as assigned
- Learn to read blueprints and job orders for product specifications
- Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality
- Maintain standard production rates, low waste and meet all stated customer requirements
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned subject to reasonable accommodations
