About The Position
As a Laborer/Manufacturer, you will help produce high-quality precast concrete products in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an onsite, indoor position where teamwork, safety, quality, and reliability are essential. No experience is necessary as the company provides paid training. The role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and dependable attendance. Overtime, including occasional weekend work, may be required based on the needs of the company.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 90 pounds
- Able to stand and perform physical work for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Preparing forms and materials for concrete production
- Assisting with the pouring, finishing, and handling of precast concrete products
- Using tools and equipment safely
- Inspecting products for quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following established production procedures and safety requirements
- Assisting team members as needed to meet production goals
