About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. We are seeking a Production Manager for our 2nd shift to organize and ensure the operation meets predetermined production goals and quality standards in accordance with customer standards. This role involves ensuring the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance. The Production Manager will facilitate the smooth running of all production lines, control the quality of output, and ensure customer requirements are met. A deep understanding of production procedures and the ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance are essential. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are also expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 - 10 years' experience working as a Production Manager or other similar position
  • Significant experience in production management and reporting on key production metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Good knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Good practical experience with MS Office
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Results-driven approach and good business-oriented thinking

  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets

Responsibilities

  • Participate in activities to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Evaluate costs and prepare budgets
  • Manage workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Oversee the production process and resolve issues
  • Supervise and review the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors, workers, and supervisors
  • Calculate the number of necessary resources, such as workforce, raw materials, and so on
  • Monitor maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards as well as health and safety precautions
  • Prepare reports on your activities and present them to upper management
