About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across our diverse production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful production of advanced technologies. As a Production Manager, you will oversee manufacturing activities across multiple production areas, working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes, supporting workforce development, and helping scale manufacturing capabilities as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, workflow management, and process improvement
• Experience working within aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documentation, and production plans
• Proven success leading teams, improving productivity, and driving operational performance
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Supervise and support manufacturing personnel across multiple production areas and manufacturing processes, including: Cable and electrical assembly CNC machining Sheet metal fabrication Controlled atmosphere brazing Tube fabrication Injection molding Rotational molding Precision mechanical assembly
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to ensure manufacturing objectives are met
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support new product introductions, process improvements, and manufacturing readiness
• Develop, mentor, and motivate production supervisors, leads, and manufacturing personnel
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive corrective actions to maintain operational performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
