Requirements

• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.
• Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
• Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.
