About The Position

As a Production Manager, you'll run restoration projects from start to finish. You'll make sure jobs stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You'll lead the crew, give them the support they need, and make sure everyone is working safely.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of production management experience, ideally in the restoration or construction industry.
Leadership: Great at leading a team, keeping everyone motivated, and making sure the job gets done right.
Strong Communicator: Knows how to keep clients, team members, and managers in the loop-clearly and calmly.
Problem-Solver: Thinks on their feet and finds solutions fast when things don't go as planned.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Can juggle tasks, schedules, and paperwork without letting anything slip.
Team-Oriented: Works well with others, supports their crew, and builds strong working relationships.
Customer-Focused: Cares about client satisfaction and takes the time to explain things and make sure they feel supported.
Hands-On: Not afraid to step in and help-whether it's managing a project or jumping on-site when needed.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers feel supported and have all the project-specific information they need about their job.
Ensure business development is prepared to be successful with assigned projects.
Ensure project managers have the right information and a clear plan to complete the job properly.
Ensure assigned projects are properly staffed with well-trained employees without overworking.
Ensure assigned projects are scoped profitably.
Ensure assigned project work and documentation is completed according to SOW, safety standards, and culture.
Ensure all necessary contacted resources (including equipment rentals & subcontractor) are procured and documented properly and selected from the approved vendor list.
Ensure assigned team members are happy, well-prepared, and perform well.
