About The Position

American National Insulation is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for all aspects of the production department at a location, including visiting work sites, coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and soliciting new business. The Production Manager will support the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing a team, monitoring job activities performed by installers, and handling all aspects of human resources, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development. The Production Manager is also responsible for soliciting new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
  • Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
  • This includes climbing steps and ladders, entering confined spaces, and working safely in general construction jobs.
  • Requires the safe use of tools and equipment such as ladders, scaffolds, personal fall arrest systems, lifts, hand tools, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer construction/installation/trades experience.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.

  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
