Requirements

3-5 years in production or manufacturing management
Leadership and team management
Problem-solving and decision making
Proficiency in production software (e.g., ERP, MS Office)
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control
Familiar with production processes, machinery, and troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written skills
Detail-oriented, efficient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
Ability to work in fast paced environment and flexible hours/shifts

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and minimize cost.
Coordinate with the procurement and sales team to ensure timely availability of labor and materials.
Create and manage production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products while optimizing resource use and minimizing downtime.
Track production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands or address any delays.
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality.
Introduce and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and reliable production outcomes.
Maintain service quality standards.
Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure that they meet established standards and specifications.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Assist in managing inventory levels of materials to ensure availability, inventory recorded on jobs, and reduce excess stock and cost.
Ensure efficient use of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize production output and minimize costs.
Enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of production operations.
Contribute to various tasks and provide team support.
