About The Position

United Water Restoration Group (UWRG) Florida’s largest privately owned water, fire, and mold remediation and restoration company is hiring a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production in the Jacksonville territory. As a Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards in safety, documentation, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Water Crew Chief, Field Supervisor, or Production Manager (required)
  • Clean, valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel out of town when needed
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
  • Ability to operate with urgency while staying organized and professional

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, FRT, OCT, ASD

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and deploying crews quickly to respond to emergency water damage projects
  • Coordinating dispatching, scheduling, and daily priorities to keep jobs moving
  • Running morning meetings , setting expectations, and driving accountability
  • Keeping the warehouse organized and stocked , ensuring supplies and equipment are clean, maintained, and ready
  • Training and developing technicians on industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Performing random job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity
  • Working closely with Regional leadership to hit weekly production goals and maintain labor/supply targets
