About The Position

RDG Filings is a financial reporting company that helps clients maintain SEC compliance for sensitive financial information. The Production Manager prepares client documents in SEC-compliant HTML format for submission using proprietary software. Training is provided. This role is based in Boise, Idaho, and is limited to local candidates. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HTML.
Bachelor’s or associate degree in business.
Understanding of the SEC and corporate filing industry.
Front-end web development education or experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to client emails, phone calls, and processing needs.
Compare client-supplied Word documents with internal documents to ensure consistency.
Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC’s HTML-compliant EDGAR format using proprietary software.
Stay current through training provided by RDG.
