About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with milling and tuning machines, and familiarity with production processes including set-up, programming, quality control, floor management, and quoting. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or machining.
• Practical experience with milling and tuning machines.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and floor management.
• Ability to manage a large team and drive results with a strong, assertive personality.
• Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and lead a team of 50+ employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide hands-on guidance on milling and tuning operations.
• Oversee setup, programming, and quality assurance processes.
• Assist with quoting and other operational tasks as required.
• Report directly to the CEO and support strategic production goals.
