About The Position

Production Manager-KY TFS – The Foundation Specialists | Regional Leader in Foundation, Crawlspace, and Concrete Repair. We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and help deliver world-class service and results. In this role, you will lead and manage the Production team to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with budget and schedule goals. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities while developing team members and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is passionate about building people, systems, and exceptional projects in foundation, concrete, basement, and crawlspace repair.

Requirements

Leadership experience in the construction industry
Proven ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop teams to meet and exceed business goals
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
Ability to travel with a Valid driver’s license & safe driving record
Unrestricted lifting ability & ability to climb, crawl, & kneel

Responsibilities

Lead, coach & develop a team of construction crew leaders & installers
Perform regular job site inspections to reinforce quality, safety, and training opportunities
Communicate with homeowners to ensure a remarkable customer experience
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure crews are operating efficiently while meeting production goals and deadlines
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
