About The Position
Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments. A Fiserv Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates people, processes, equipment and materials to meet production targets while continuously improving performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in operations/production environment
- 2+ years of previous management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
- 12+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
- A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
Responsibilities
- Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisors
- Minimize operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers
- Overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational results
- Ensure team adheres to established policy and procedures
