As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations while leading and developing operations and logistics teams. You’ll drive performance across key operational metrics while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience required
  • Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, TPM) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing operations and logistics employees to achieve manufacturing goals
  • Driving performance across key metrics including safety, quality, cost, sanitation, system utilization, and customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and all food safety standards while maintaining an audit-ready facility
  • Managing staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to improve performance
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/TPM principles
  • Serving as a technical and operational resource for system performance and product requirements
  • Developing team capability through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships to support operational success
  • Performing other duties as assigned
