Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, business or engineering preferred
Five + years of leadership (automotive manufacturing leadership preferred)
Practical knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing Principles
Experience with developing and maintaining budgets and financial statements

Conduct timely and complete performance evaluations of direct assocates, and ensure timely and complete performance evaluation of associates reporting under indirect supervision
Assess subordinates skill sets, current and future development needs and take steps to mentor and develop them appropriately
Optimize all service activities throughout the Shape Grand Haven campus, including but not limited to: Manufacturing value stream, Packaging and labeling approach, Inventory management, VA/VE
Evaluate and monitor Shape Grand Haven service costs
Interact with Business Unit Teams to ensure proper pricing and service part strategies
Identify and train a back-up(s) to manage key tasks when absent.
