The manager leads, trains, and supervises Production staff, oversees new hire and ongoing training, and consults with engineering, sales, and service management for smooth plant operation. Key responsibilities include executing company production policies, procedures, and standards, as well as setting and monitoring standards for production, quality, housekeeping, and safety. The role also involves creating and adhering to department budgets, hiring, discipline, and employee relations. The Production Manager reports to the General Manager or Operations Manager.
