About The Position

The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused production operations at the Plymouth, Indiana facility. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of manufacturing experience required
3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment required
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity and accountability
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels
Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Passion for continuous improvement, people development, and delivering value to customers

Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvements
Implement process enhancements that improve quality, reduce cost, and increase agility
Leverage data and metrics to guide decision-making and prioritize improvement efforts
