About The Position
Responsible for daily operations and the field inspection team, ensuring proper work flow of orders. The role involves overseeing daily operations, communicating with customers on project status and long-term planning, securing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring safe working conditions, evaluating and managing resources for timely project completion, and troubleshooting issues. The Production Manager will also assist in coordinating workflow from initial order to final installation, analyze performance data to eliminate bottlenecks, and be flexible in supporting installs, service calls, and project scheduling.
Requirements
- Have earned a minimum of a high school degree/GED.
- Have at least one year experience in the flooring industry.
- Prior client/customer service experience.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
