About The Position

This full-time role, working 40 hours a week on a regular shift, is a replacement vacancy. Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing environment in supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of production systems and tools
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in fast paced and demanding environment and ability to handle challenges- business & people
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Collaborative, passion for continuous learning, coachable, positive attitude
  • Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Feed industry knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
  • Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
  • Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members
