Requirements

4 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing environment in supervisory capacity
Knowledge of production systems and tools
Computer literacy
Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in fast paced and demanding environment and ability to handle challenges- business & people
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Collaborative, passion for continuous learning, coachable, positive attitude
Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Feed industry knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members
