Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices, including OSHA regulations.
Demonstrated success in change management, team development, and leading operational transformation.

Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, increase yield, and reduce operational waste.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
Ensure production equipment maintenance and downtime activities are planned to minimize disruptions.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Establish clear goals and performance expectations that support operational excellence.
Manage production budgets and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
