Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality standards
- Proven experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decisions
Responsibilities
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across daily operations
- Plan and manage production capacity to meet demand and business strategy
- Lead daily scheduling to achieve delivery, quality, and productivity targets
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and drive corrective actions
- Manage production budgets and control costs against targets
- Optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing production team
