Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required.
6 years of relevant experience is required.
2 years of supervisory experience is required.
Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the site’s Production Supervisors and all the work on the production floor.
Coordinate the activities of the different teams to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
Manage and inspect the plant’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
Work with production supervisors to correct any deficiencies.
Oversee the time and production records.
Assist the production supervisors in estimating production material needs and inventory management.
Maintain responsibility for the adherence to all company safety policies and the enforcement all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
Act as a liaison between the production team and upper management.
Collaborate with the production supervisors and upper management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
Help to mediate and resolve personnel conflicts within the plant.
Perform other duties as assigned.
