About The Position

The Production Management Intern will gain real-world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products. This role involves gaining exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader, reviewing production processes against the current Process Specification Summary, and assisting Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance. The intern will also document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities, and assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees. The position is very hands-on, with interns typically on their feet in the production area about 80% of the shift.

Requirements

  • Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.
  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
  • Must be open to relocation
