About The Position

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA. The Production Management Analyst will provide program support and participate as a member of the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) production and support IPTs. The Production Management Analyst will work closely with Government leadership and program personnel. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Top Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) year of experience supporting NAVAIR
• Experience with AMS Suite
• Prior exposure to a production environment
• Good critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attending weekly meetings with the prime and suppliers to discuss production issues and updates
• Taking detailed notes and screenshots for IPT leads
• Managing Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO)
• Preparing reports and tracking status progress within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
• Assisting IPT leads and team members with visit requests, coordination of events, and execution of meetings (Including the development and distribution of official minutes)
• Participating as a member of the NGJ Production IPT and support IPT directed business meetings
• Managing tasker trackers for NGJ Production IPT
• Utilizing procurement tools for development and management of PIDs and CDRLs
