About The Position

We are seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to support paper converting and packaging operations. Opportunities include Sheeter Operator and Die Cutter Operator positions. Both roles involve setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Second- and third-shift opportunities are available, with pay based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to make equipment adjustments.
Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently bend and reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.; assistance is available for heavier loads for Sheeter Operator positions.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate industrial sheeting or die-cutting equipment according to production orders.
Prepare machines and materials for production runs.
Adjust machine settings to maintain accurate cuts, production speed, and product quality.
Load and handle paper rolls, sheets, cutting dies, and other production materials as required.
Monitor finished products for accuracy, defects, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and adjustments.
Track production, scrap, and waste materials as required.
Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas.
Follow all safety procedures and assist with training other team members as needed.
Work overtime as required.
