About The Position

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Production Machine Operator who is mechanically curious, takes ownership of their equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor, our facility is easily accessible from I-70. This role involves operating manufacturing lines, performing set-ups and changeovers, monitoring equipment to meet production targets, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring precision through the use of tape measures and tools. The operator will also prioritize safety and teamwork to meet site goals. Initial onboarding and training occur on the Day Shift before transitioning to a permanent night rotation.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8".
Mechanically curious.
Takes ownership of their equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets.
