About The Position

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Production Machine Operator who is mechanically curious, takes ownership of their equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor, this facility is easily accessible from I-70. As a Production Machine Operator of manufacturing lines, you will lead machine operations by performing set-ups, changeovers, and monitoring equipment to meet production targets. You will also troubleshoot and improve equipment by identifying root causes of malfunctions, ensure precision by using tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality, and drive safety and teamwork by prioritizing a safety-first mindset and helping coworkers meet site goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8".
Mechanically curious.
Takes ownership of their equipment.
Thrives in a performance-driven environment.
