About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Edgeband Operator to join our high-performing Machining Department. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with raw cabinet components and edge banding materials to produce high-quality cabinetry components with seamless, professional edges that exceed expectations.

Requirements

Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, computer interfaces and small barcodes.
A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

Prior edge banding or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter.

Apply edge banding to cut cabinet components for a polished, professional finish.
Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
Verify barcodes and quality of each piece before moving jobs to the next production stage.
Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
