About The Position

Avery Dennison is seeking a Production Machine Operator who is mechanically curious, takes ownership of their equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor, our facility is easily accessible from I-70, making it a quick 20-minute commute for talent coming from East Indianapolis, Shelbyville, or Anderson. This role offers a high-paying opportunity outside the heavy traffic of Marion County. The position involves leading machine operations, performing set-ups, changeovers, and monitoring equipment to meet production targets. Operators will troubleshoot and improve equipment by identifying root causes of malfunctions, ensure precision using tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality, and drive safety and teamwork by prioritizing a safety-first mindset and assisting coworkers to meet site goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Mechanically curious.
