About The Position

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Production Machine Operator who is mechanically curious, takes ownership of their equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor, this facility is easily accessible from I-70. As a Production Machine Operator of manufacturing lines, you will perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets. You will identify root causes of malfunctions, use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality, and prioritize a safety-first mindset while helping coworkers meet site goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Mechanically curious.
Takes ownership of their equipment.
