Ditsch USA is seeking a Machine Operator for the Food Industry to join their Production team at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio on 1st shift. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and ensuring products meet high standards. While previous machine operating experience is beneficial, the company is willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
- Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently
- Perform product quality checks throughout the shift
- Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Load and replenish production materials
- Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals
