About The Position

The role of Production Operator I is an experienced operator who will assist with production, quality, inventory, and packaging.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-starter
• Excellent team player
• Operate pallet jacks
• Able to lift weight of up to 35lbs

Nice To Haves

• Technical (electrical, mechanical) education at junior college level
• Knowledge in Injection Molding Machines, Quality, Manufacturing and 5S
• Enthusiastic, hardworking and have a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• operating injection molding machines
• maintaining production flow in accordance with the work methods and standards established for the assigned area
• report production
• check parts
• assure the quality of parts produced
• assist with scrap recording
• follow 5S procedures and safety standards while on the job
• possess working knowledge of manufacturing safety, PPE, packaging, and the ability to identify production issues
