About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to operate and monitor high-speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards. The role supports beverage production by maintaining product flow and quality, monitoring line performance, performing inspections and reporting, and assisting with line changeovers. Operators use computers and tablets on the production line, including HMI screens and functions, and support OEE activities by interpreting data and making adjustments as needed. The position requires the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo and makes, sells, and distributes PepsiCo and other beverages. The company operates in five states and also develops and distributes its own beverage products. It values integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three months of previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot; critical-thinking skills are necessary.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controllers and touchscreen devices.
• Ability to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all product flow.
• Ensure comprehensive product quality.
• Use computer screens and functions and be familiar with HMI functionality.
• Support OEE functions on the line, interpret data, and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment.
• Complete necessary line inspections and reports using computers or tablets on the line.
• Assist with line changeovers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
