About The Position

Responsible to work with Loaders in loading, reloading and unloading route delivery trucks and semi-trailers accurately at an efficient rate as determined by management. This role involves the physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment to fill Palletizer/Forklift responsibilities. The Production Loader Dock Person B will assist Loaders in building customer orders according to assigned load tickets, operate industrial power equipment for lifting and moving product, and stage completed pallets in a designated area. The position requires manually lifting and moving product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation of product. Adherence to good manufacturing and safety standards, meeting productivity requirements, and maintaining an orderly and clean work area are essential. Compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures is also required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
One (1) year general work experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instruction.
Ability to respond to common inquiries.
High degree of ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format.
Basic computer knowledge.
Certified Forklift License for lift operation.
Clear MVR Record.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
