This role involves working as an active member of the 2nd Shift Food Production Line Operation, adhering to plant policies and procedures. The hours for this shift are 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Responsibilities include collecting raw ingredients for processing, measuring and mixing them, operating production line machines (if applicable and after training), receiving and packaging products according to instructions, reporting equipment faults, monitoring the production process with basic testing and quality checks, storing goods and raw materials, and cleaning/maintaining work areas and machinery. The use of a pallet jack and forklift may also be required.
