About The Position

We're seeking a Production Line Operator to run and monitor automated pallet recycling equipment using Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems. This hands-on role ensures our production line runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards every shift.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience (pallet, lumber, or related industry preferred).
- Familiarity with HMI systems, PLC-controlled machinery, or automated production lines.
- Mechanically inclined and able to identify basic mechanical or electrical issues.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and teamwork-driven.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor HMI-controlled pallet repair and processing equipment.
- Adjust settings, monitor production data, and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Perform daily equipment inspections, startups, and shutdowns.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate with Maintenance when needed.
- Ensure production targets, safety goals, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate production logs and perform regular product quality checks.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
