About The Position

At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position. The shift pattern is 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) which allows for working 15 days per month in a climate-controlled environment. Requirements

  • Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
  • warehouse or forklift-only experience will not align with this role
