Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 3-5 years of production floor experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workforce planning, and operational challenges.
  • Understanding of quality systems, quality control, and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer focus.
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safe work practices, housekeeping standards, and asset care.
  • Ensure equipment reliability by identifying and escalating issues promptly.
  • Support production goals through waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner across shifts to align production priorities and performance goals.
  • Use OPEN+ tools to identify root causes, solve problems, and improve results.
  • Coach and develop teams to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
  • Supervise and support direct and indirect reports through effective leadership and accountability.
  • Assist with workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate across functions to resolve personnel, quality, safety, and equipment issues.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
